The Ministry of Economy and Finance issued Prakas 545 MEF.PrK on the Implementation of the Cambodian Public Accounting Standards, Cash Basis dated 6 June 2019.
Cambodian Public Accounting Standards, Cash Basis shall be implemented for all ministry, public institutions and capital-province department.
Cambodian Public Accounting Standards, Cash Basis shall not be implemented for sub-national administration, public enterprises and public administration institutions.
Cambodian Public Accounting Standards, Cash Basis is prepared in accordance with International Public Sector Accounting Standards, Cash Basis.
