Based on ACAR’s Notification 069 dated 3 October 2022, deadline for submission of financial statements are as followed:

1. NPEs which are not required to be audited: the submission in E-Filing for NPEs must be completed by 10 October 2022.
2. NPEs which are required to be audited: the submission in E-Filing for NPEs must be completed by 25 October 2022.

We are familiar with:

• Cambodian Financial Reporting Standard for Non-Profit-Entities (“CFRS for NPEs”) which is required for submission to Accounting and Audit Regular.
• Special purpose audit
