On 20 September 2023, the Royal government of Cambodia issued Sub-Decree on Public Lighting Tax.
Scope
This Sub-Decree is applicable to the supply of alcohol or tobacco products in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Public Lighting Tax
The rate of public lighting tax increases from 3% to 5%.
