On 12 April 2022, Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) issued Notification on Provision of Additional Time for Submission of 2021 Financial Statements for Enterprises that are Not Required to Have Audited Financial Statements to ACAR.
As the obligation to submit unaudited financial statements for 2021 to ACAR through E-Filing System faces some technical issues causing some enterprises to be unable to complete the submission in E-Filing System and some enterprises unable to log in the system, ACAR decides to provide additional 30 days starting from 16 April to 15 May 2022 for the submission.
Failure to do so by this above results in penalties laid out in Sub-Decree 79 dated 1 June 2020 on Provisional fines for the violation of the Law on Accounting and Auditing.
