The Law governs all Qualified Investment Projects and defines procedures by which any person establishes a qualified Investment Project. Only Qualified Investment Projects are entitled to the benefits subject to the scope of this Law. This law updates all amendments from Law on Investment of the Kingdom of Cambodia(1994).
